2006 - I used an eyedropper to pour ink into my sketchbook then blew it around the page.

2007 - Drawing animals was a favorite pastime.

2007 - Drawing antelope and scribbling Modest Mouse lyrics sums up my teenage years.

2008 - I remember looking out my window to draw this one.

2009 - This was the first time I used my own poetry and painted from memory.

2011 - This was the house I stayed in while I was a resident Vermont Studio Center.

Personal themes became more prevalent in 2012 (I competitively sailed in high school).

2013 - The positive response I received for this page on Tumblr gave me confidence in my poetry.

In 2013 my paintings became increasingly polished. I could spend four to six hours on a single page.

2014 - Today all of my images and poetry are original and biographical.
